Dare To Wear Bold Spring Colors!

I Definitely enjoy the spring!! I think its because I was born in May or maybe because I spend so much time in the spring and summer seasons working out outside that I love everything that nature brings to the spring!!! When the days are warm I try to spend every waking moment outside and when there is a cold or rainy day here and there I still find myself trying to be outside in it.

I’ve always found myself trying to mimic my spring wardrobe based off of the season because the beautiful flowers are in bloom, the grass is at its greenest, the sun feels amazing and energizing, and the days are longer and more fulfilling!! These amazing characteristics of the season keeps me happy and focused on how my style will define me!

This is certainly why when I went to the fabric store I wanted bright floral blue’s, greens, and purples, which I found all in this particular pattern. Yes I made this skirt and I was so excited that It turned out so beautiful. The pattern is subtle with a unique floral print and the colors are metallic in nature that all meshed so well together. I made this high waisted to allow it to not only flatter my waist line but to also all the rest of the skirt to be flirty and sexy. The shoes are my a Mint Tobe from Gianni Bini (similar here, here) and the white blouse is a vintage from many years ago( I kept because I knew it would be a statement piece for years) from Casual Corner.

I’m Wearing:

Metallic Skirt: Christina Maria Style Original

Shoes: Gianni Bini Mint Tobe (similiar here, here)

White Blouse: Casual Corner Vintage (similar here, here)
